Note: Even if you are not interested in receiving Continuing Medical Education credit, we encourage you to complete the course evaluation. Your comments are valuable to us and we are very interested in receiving feedback from all participants. To do this, follow the instructions above and register for "Audit". This online web course is formatted to include text, graphics, and may include other multi-media features. There are no fees for participating and receiving credit for this activity. Participation in this self-study activity should be completed in approximately 1.25 hour(s). Make sure you have provided your professional degree in your profile. Your degree is required in order for you to be issued the appropriate credit. If you haven't, click here. Read the target audience, learning objectives, and author disclosures. Study the educational activity online or printed out. Read, complete, and submit answers to the post test questions online. Participants must receive a test score of at least 70% to receive a certificate. When finished, click "submit." After submitting the course quiz, you are asked to fill out a program evaluation and then you may access your online certificate by selecting "View/Print Certificate" on the screen. You may print the certificate, but you cannot alter the certificate. Your credits will be tallied in the CME Tracker. |
